The Piedmont Council serves eleven counties in western North Carolina spread across five districts.

Broad River District – Cleveland, Rutherford, and Polk Counties (RED)

South Fork District – Gaston and Lincoln Counties (PURPLE)

Foothills District – Burke, McDowell, and Caldwell Counties (BLUE)

Lakeland District – Catawba and Alexander Counties (YELLOW)
